Perfect casual hotel, awesome views, excellent location close to the central bus station. An electronic key card, a work desk, and TV in the room and the extremely comfy bed. Variety of great food for meals. Excellent service, the breakfast is great. Downstairs bar and good pool.

Excellent service from the staff. Reasonably large and airy room and amazing bathroom with shower facilities, a hair dryer, and bath sheets. Stunning and marvellous location in Puerto de la Cruz, near the public transport main bus stop, the cocktail bar and all the shops and restaurants are.

Offers excellent service and fabulous food. Make sure to get double room with the beds pushed together, views as per the website stated, for instance. Amazingly nice staff, they know their business👌

It has to offer a great breakfast with the best coffee. I enjoyed very very helpful personnel that ensures guests have a good stay. The hotel provided an excellent customer service during my christmas. Free Wi-Fi throughout the property is really cool.

The venue is wonderful and perfect, its location is good, not far from a bus station and taxi stand and Puerto Cruz -loro park. The staff are outstandingly accommodating and superfriendly and ready to help if you need anything.

I liked the location because it was in walking distance from the bus station but on the other hand it was a great nose from the trafic

I´m not sure, it´s pend on the price, I didn´t like the dinner at all I had a trouble finding something I realy wanted, but the brekfast was okay notthing more and no good for **** hotel I have never before stayed in a **** stars hotel and needed to pay for internet and saftybox .

This hotel is in a great location, with a close proximity to the port and Loro Park. We had a lovely room with a large balcony that provided a fantastic view of the city and mountains. The staff were friendly and provided great service. The breakfast had a good variety, including fresh fruit and yummy chorizo sausage. The hotel had a rooftop pool and gym for guests to enjoy.

The internet connection at the hotel was poor, making it difficult to use apps like WhatsApp.

Nothing, that was a bad experience

Enjoyed our GOOD stay there a lot. The breakfast was great with the best coffee, and the restaurant's offer was good. We had wheelchair accessible room with a balcony, bath, garden view, which was important. Location: the hotel was next to all attractions and shops, and the restuarant.

Relaxing property with efficient staff and airy rooms. Comfortable beds, a balcony and a flat-screen television in the room. Great breakfast with the best coffee and excellent service. Perfect and incredibly comfortable location of the hotel, near to the cocktail bar and beaches and shops. Again, walking distance to Plaza Charco. A good way to end my christmas.

The hotel had clean rooms, a great location, and a delicious breakfast. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Plus, the rooftop was perfect for sunbathing.

Central location in the town

Very very very noisy. Breakfast buffet quality was poor. They pretend it's a 4 stars hotel but it's obviously not. We recommend you to avoid this hotel.
